Compensation/Pay
Selected candidates will join as Management Trainees in E-2 Grade, with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000. Initial pay will be set at ₹50,000 per month during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training and qualifying in the final test, candidates will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 and an initial pay of ₹60,000, with a probationary period of one year.
In addition to basic pay, the following benefits will apply:
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance, HRA, and cafeteria approach perquisites.
- Performance-Related Pay (PRP): Applicable based on the company and individual performance.
